Refund Policy

Money will be refunded within 48 hours from receiving the return. 

All damage must be reported within seven days of receipt of product and prior to the installation of the door. Damage reported after installation may not be covered under warranty.  

Custom orders are non-returnable/cancelable. 

Returns of undamaged doors will be accepted within 30 days. Shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. 

We will accept undamaged and never installed doors in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. A 20 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund after the receipt of the doors.
