Our Privacy Policies

DoorDestination's commitment to transparent pricing extends to our shipping policy. Because of our volume, we are able to provide FREE shipping all of our wood and fiberglass products within the continental United States, as well as competitive flat rate shipping on our iron products and shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, the Caribbean and beyond.  We ship all orders within two to three business days, leaving our warehouse in Ontario California.

Our warranty policy is as simple as 1, 5, & 10.

• 1 year on all of our wood doors,

• 5 years on all of our fiberglass doors, and

• 10 years on all of our iron doors.

If a door has a manufacturing issue, we will pay in full for repairs or simply send you a brand new replacement. We take pride in keeping our customers happy.

All damage must be reported within seven days of receipt of product and prior to the installation of the door.  Damage reported after installation may not be covered under warranty.  

Custom orders are non-returnable/cancelable. 

Returns of undamaged doors will be accepted within 30 days.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied.
